You grant MOUA permission to review, store, and use your submission for the purpose for which it was submitted, such as evaluating an artist opportunity, volunteer application, event inquiry, program registration, sponsorship request, or partnership proposal.

If MOUA wishes to use submitted artwork, images, photographs, or creative materials publicly beyond the purpose of review or administration, MOUA will seek appropriate permission or rely on the terms of the specific submission opportunity.
